40+ Years of Experience.
A Lifetime of Knowledge to Share.
Ralph Lembcke has spent more than four decades immersed in the world of construction.
Throughout his career, he has developed a practical understanding of the processes that can only come from years of experience—working through projects, solving challenges, analyzing details, and learning what it takes to complete a project on time and on budget.
Today, Ralph is sharing that knowledge with industry professionals wanting to enhance their own professional development.
Experience & Expertise
Ralph’s construction career has taken him from estimator to project manager, to self-employed contractor, and then to a 30-year career as a professor with the Donald J. Smith School of Building Technology at Fanshawe College in London, ON, where he still teaches part-time.
He was a 25-year member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (PQS—Professional Quantity Surveyor) and is a Gold Seal-Certified estimator with the Canadian Construction Association (CCA).
Now, Ralph represents R. Lembcke & Associates, providing professional development services to the industry across the country.
Ralph holds a certificate in Construction Engineering Technology and Management from Fanshawe College, a teaching certificate from St. Clair College, and a Gold Seal certificate from the Canadian Construction Association.
